By sharing your story or reply, you grant The Diamond Story the license to use, modify, adapt and publish the content of the story or reply, including any text, photos and video submitted. The Diamond Story also retains the right to not publish any story, based on its sole judgment.

By agreeing to these terms and condition, the submitter authorizes The Diamond Story to publicize the story for the purposes of Website usage, general marketing, advertising and publicity.

Our uses of any story may include (but are not limited to) news releases, website content, printed marketing brochures, training/educational videos, or other authorized forms of communication (internal or public) without compensation of any kind. Each communication may also reveal the name and identity of the submitter in a descriptive text or commentary.

The submitter and his or her heirs or next-of-kin assign all rights and privileges, including copyrights, to The Diamond Story.
By choosing to submit a story on the Diamond Story website, you acknowledge and agree that any information you provide, including photos or videos, may be viewed by the general public. We reserve the right to edit, abridge or format stories for any reason and to remove or decline to post any story or photo. We do not endorse or make any warranties or representations with regard to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any of the statements in your story. By submitting a story, you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
The viewpoints and opinions expressed in these stories are those of the individuals themselves, and do not necessarily reflect the viewpoints and opinions of The Diamond Story.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove all or a part of these conditions and guidelines.
